Where can it be delivered to?

Currently, we only support Singapore deliveries. For international orders, drop us an email at enquire@jmarket.com.sg.

What are the delivery charges?

For local deliveries, registered mail is charged at $1.50.

Deliveries to Sentosa, Changi Airport Offices, Airport Logistic Park and One Turf Avenue requires an additional delivery fee of $15 to be charged separately.

How long is the delivery time?

Please expect different delivery lead times for different products. For more details, kindly refer to each product page. You can track your order using your tracking number here.

I need my item urgently. Can I self-collect?

Self-collection is possible for selected products. Please email us at enquire@jmarket.com.sg.

Can I change my delivery address after order is placed?

We’re unable to change mailing address after the order is placed and confirmed. Please review mailing address carefully before confirming the order.

My item arrived damaged, can I return it?

We take great care in packing your item so that it reaches you safely and undamaged. If item is damaged upon receiving, please kindly drop us an email at support@jmarket.com.sg with your order ID and an image of the item immediately.

Can I cancel my order or refund my item?

All orders placed are final and are not refundable.

Can I do an exchange?

Item exchange can only be done if the wrong item was sent. Please email us at support@jmarket.com.sg with your Order ID and photo of item received. Item exchange is subjected to item availability due limited quantities.

Why does my item look different from the site?

Please expect slight discrepancies for items due to the handmade process. However, be assured that each item is of quality.
